Bespoke Snowsports was founded in 2012 in Grimentz-Zinal. Attracted by the reliable snow conditions and the extensive, diverse alpine landscape, we chose to settle in this genuine village located in the core of the Alps.

We are a small but highly committed international team of professionals, each with many years of valuable experience in the ski industry. Our personalized approach goes beyond what typical ski schools offer, enabling us to build lasting connections with our guests that continue well after their time on the slopes.

Bespoke Snowsports offers a wide variety of ski lessons in over five different languages, allowing us to serve a broad range of clients. Additionally, we can organize fully customized ski trips worldwide upon request, tailoring every detail to suit the specific needs and preferences of our guests. Whether you’re a beginner eager to learn the basics or an advanced skier seeking to refine your skills, we are dedicated to delivering an unforgettable experience.

Favorite place to ski/snowboard: Anywhere with bumps, trees, and variable terrain near where I live, across the canton of Valais.
Favorite thing about teaching: Keeping people smiling, entertained, and learning in a way that works best for them.
Other interests: New adventures as first-time dad & magician for 30 years (performing at weddings, parties, and corporate events).
Interesting fact about yourself: Started teaching skiing in 2001, commercial property Chartered Surveyor & starred in a UK television drama series.

Favorite place to ski/snowboard: Fresh powder through trees.
Favorite thing about teaching: Sharing my my passion with others.
Other interests: Kitesurfing and traveling with family.
Interesting fact about yourself: Half of my body is metal at this stage.

Favourite thing about teaching: Teaching is my vocation, the central pursuit that shapes both my daily life and long-term aspirations.

Interesting fact about yourself: I run a wellbeing company, and I’m a sports psychologist.

Favourite thing about teaching: Getting to share my favorite sport with others in incredible places.

Interesting fact about yourself: My dream is to become a firefighter, but until then I’m enjoying every moment as a ski instructor.

Favourite thing about teaching: Seeing students put in the hard work and have that “click” moment when they finally understand what it means to pedal while skiing.

Interesting fact about yourself: When I’m not skiing, I research the energy transition and how to decarbonize our society.

Serena Poncia

Favourite place to ski/snowboard: Livigno for its extensive slopes and great food. Nearby, I love the Swiss Valais, with many small, wild ski resorts offering plenty of freeride opportunities.
Favourite thing about teaching: See how the students progress while I transmit my passion. Watch them smile at the end of the lesson.
Other interests: Playing guitar, giving massages, biking, and practicing yoga.
Interesting fact aboutyourself: I bought a van in 2019, converted it into a camper myself, and traveled around Europe in it.

Renata Lubbert

Favourite place to ski/snowboard: St. Luc, Val d’Anniviers; Volcán Lonquimay, Corralco, Chile.
Favourite thing about teaching: Helping students see their development from different perspectives on the slopes. That’s something I love to do.
Other interests: I love hiking in the mountains, swimming, and surfing. I also enjoy cooking healthy, delicious meals!
Interesting fact about yourself: I always try to communicate what I know in a didactic and fun way. I have great patience with students of any age. I’m a very social and expressive person.

Favourite place to ski/snowboard: Tignes/Val D’isere because of the huge variety of slopes, easy to find off piste skiing and loads of competitions.

Interesting fact about yourself: I’ve skied for the Junior National Team.
